{sunrises and Christmas art}

Some gorgeous sunrises we've seen lately.

Sienna started making her own nativity.

Chocolate boxes wrapped as snowmen. These large ones are for Sienna's teachers. I think we'll make small ones for her class mates.

Here's a link to beautiful Bible videos of Jesus' life. Just in time for Christmas.

{ideas for home}

Sure love picture groupings like these.

Great ideas for us who love felines.

I would love one of these! Fresh stuff all year long.

Thinking of lazy summer days on the porch swing.

Even cheap frames look good when grouped together.

Check out some more ideas I've collected here.

Man, I love it when I find a new artist I like.

Stina Persson.

Wish I could do what she does. Beautiful stuff. Amazing watercolor skills.

{19 sleeps!}

It's starting to feel Christmasy in our house.

I'm slowly changing red/green into silver/white/metallic colors. One day we'll have a white Christmas tree (with lights already in the tree). Until then: mix and match. So be it. :)
Only 19 more sleeps...!

{five stars}

Everyone should read this classic. I finally did and absolutely loved it. What an amazing story.
I'm giving it five out of five stars.
(I skipped the history chapters that just gave background to the story but weren't part of the story.)

Some Christmas gift ideas:

If you don't have Photoshop, you can use Photoscape. It's free to download: Photoscape photo editing program
Photoscape is really easy to use. With one click of a button, you can make your photos into coloring pages.

Cute salad bowl.

Who wouldn't like a super cute handmade purse? I would. Feel free to sew one and send it to me. :)
Can't find the source for this photo but there are many patterns online for cute bags.

 These are on my "some day" list. Cake stand and candle holder by aarikka.

aarikka also sells these cute (word of the day :)) elfs. Various kinds. Me lovey.

This is super sweet if you have just had a baby.
