Spice soaking up the sun. Spice loves tummy rubs. He needs to be washed. He's usually a lot fluffier looking and shinier.

(Gotta love the "smudge" feature in my photo editing program. These black tables next to our front windows have million scratches on them from the cats' claws. I smudged them all out. :) One of my projects on my "things to do" list is to tile these tables with small black tiles. One of these days I'll get to it. I know they are just cheap Ikea tables and it would be easier just to go buy new ones. But new ones would just get scratched up again.)

I thought I'd share couple of fun Sienna moments. Sienna was having a bath earlier today and was playing with her toy frying pan and foods. She was busily cooking something and then she all of a sudden folded her arms and blessed the food. :) Perfectly too, I might add. (We say a blessing on the food before we eat and she has learned to do it.)

Also, we had another fun family night together and afterwards we were on our way to Tim Hortons for some treats. Sienna was ready to go and was waiting for us by the door. She turned her back on me and then said "Hop on my back." :)

Jos taas suomeksi vahasen... Taalla on ollut taas tosi kylmaa. Melkeen -30C. Eilen oli piiiiiitka paiva kotona Siennaa viihdytellen. Aloin myos tekemaan aidilleni syntymapaivalahjaa. Printtailin Siennan kuvia ja teen niista kukan muotoisen albumin. Laitan tanne sitten kuvia kun saan valmiiksi. Suvi, shh, ei saa kertoa aidille.

Tanaan uskaltauduttiin ulos jopa. Olipa kylmaa. Kaytiin porukalla Michaels askarteluliikkeessa. Tarvitsin liimajuttua (Mod Podge) albumin tekoon ja ostin meillekin kukka-albumin. Helppo tehda toinenkin nyt kun kuvat on oikean kokoisina saastettyna. Sitten viela Walmart:n pakko ostoksille. Ostoskelin myos lisaa pikku Valentiinin paiva juttuja. Tiistaina mennaan Siennan kanssa sen serkkujen luo. Brandy on jarjestanyt Valentine's Day Partyn noin 13:lle pikku tytolle (plus meille aideille ;) ). Pitaa askarrella kortit heille Siennan kanssa. Loysin W:sta sydan aurinkolasit tytoille. Saadaan kivoja kuvia. Jei, taas kekkerit tiedossa. :)

Ostoskelujen jalkeen mulla alkoi tekemaan mieli vegetarian Big Mac:a jostain syysta joten paadyttiin McD:n syomaan. Yoks, yoks, yoks. On se kumma etten jo ala muistamaan etten todellakaan tykkaa McD ruuasta. Sitten taalla on viela pulaa tyontekijoista ja sen varsinkin huomaa kun kay fast food:a syomassa. Paikat tosi rempallaan ja sotkuisia. Allotti. Suussa on se rasvainen McD fiilis. Puistatusta. Pitaa etsia suklaata suuhun. :) Sienna tykkasi kylla syoda siella. Oli tosi hassu kun nuoli ketsuppia sellaisesta pikku paperikupista. :)

Siita Imagine That class:sta... Ei se niin super special ollut. Kotona osataan leikkia ja laulaa moisia juttuja ihan itsekseenkin. Olen ostanut sellaisia dvd:ta ja Sienna osaa jo monet laulut sun muut. Mutta halusin etta Sienna saa leikkia muiden lasten kanssa eika vaan aina minun kanssa vaan. Tietty nakee serkkujaan ja joka viikko kirkossa on nurseryssa muiden lasten kanssa. Ja esim ostarilla leikkipaikalla. Mutta ajattelin etta kiva Siennalle moinen juttu. Paikka on vanhahkossa rakennuksessa ja omistaja ei ole nahnyt paljon vaivaa paikan jarkkailyssa ja kunnossa pidossa. Mietin etta Karly ja minapa saataisiin aikaan 10 kertaa parempi bisnes. :) "Luokkahuone" voisi olla paljon kivempi jos nakisi vahankin vaivaa. Mutta se ope (Mrs Karly :) ) oli tosi kiva ja kuten sanoin - tama on enimmakseen etta Sienna saa olla muiden lasten kanssa enemman. Eli sellaisia lasten lauluja siella opitaan, saatiin rumpu kotiin tuotavaksikin ja luultavasti siella on muitakin instrumentteja joita soitellaan aina. Paljon kaikenlaista leikkia. Olen kotona jo panostanut kaikkeen tuohon joten ei tama ole uutta Siennalle. Eri paikka vaan ja ollaan muiden ihmisten ilmoilla. :)

These are really easy to make. Silkpaper is folded in accordion style, tied together in the middle and then "opened". Real simple.

Sienna's first Imagine That class went well. She was a bit shy at first but was okay when I did the actions and songs as well. She is the youngest in the class. It's for 3-5 year olds. But like I said, the day and time is so perfect so we'll stick with this class. I think she'll do just fine. We do this kind of stuff at home tons so she is totally used to it. It's great for her to be more with other kids. Not just with her mommy every day.

Sienna and I get to go to Kindermusic's "Imagine That!" class today. New thing for us that starts today. I'm excited. Hopefully Sienna will get a good nap before we go so she'll be able to enjoy it. The class is for 3 years and up but they said we could try and see how it goes. The date and time for the class was just perfect for us.

Sienna slept through the night again. Yey! Party on!

Talia posted some "before party" pictures of the ballerina party on her blog and there's a video as well. The video shows Sienna sitting on the background while the other girls danced. It happened before the sugar rush when she got really tired. :)

We just got an awesome surprise in the mail: extra $900+ bonus from the government for taking care of Robin. Totally unexpected money. Pays for my dental fees. Yey!!! :) Blessings...
