leikkaus on ohi.
täällä toivutaan.
eilen nukuin melkeen koko päivän. tänään olen jaksanut olla hereillä. vatsa on oranssin värinen (ei lähtenyt suihkussa pois vaikka kuinka jynssäsin) ja siinä lukee mustalla tussilla YES. älkää kysykö miksi minun itse piti kirjoittaa YES vasemman munasarjan kohdalle. ihan outo juttu minustakin.
karseinta on ollut se että täyttivät suoliston ilmalla leikkausta varten ja arvatkaa onko vatsa ollut kuin liikaa pingotettu jalkapallo ja tosi kipeä.
mutta huomenna varmaan jo paljon parempi olo. onneksi nykyään tehdään pikku viillot vaan ja leikkaukset hoidetaan kameroiden avulla. koko vatsaa ei avata jne. edistystä josta olen tosi kiitollinen.
täytyy myöntää että morfiinin avulla nukuin eilen sairaalassa oikeen hyvin muutaman tunnin. saisikohan sitä fibromyalgia kipuihin kotikäyttöönkin. no eipä taida.

{the left ovary story}

a true story! :)

i don't have a clue how i missed the fact that the doctor left it there five years ago. i could have sworn he took it out. :)

you guys should have seen the ultrasound technician's look when i tried to assure her my left ovary had been removed. :)

so, next week i will be saying goodbye to my left ovary for the second time. :)

wouldn't it be fun to be able to color anything out there with a touch of a finger? what would you color?
i'd color tree trunks in various colors. one forest would have white trunks, one would have blue trunks... :)

then there'd be twinkle lights in the trees. magical!

what is it with me and wallpaper lately? :)

today:

helped a friend to serve lunch for over 40 missionaries. tacosoup with shredded cheese and sour cream, buns, icecream pie + raspberries, fruit = sienna had fun playing with this friend's daughter for couple of hours.

took sienna for a looooooong bike ride.

vacuumed.

and that's all it took to make me nackered creamcrackered (irish slang for tired). that and never going to bed on time. when oh when will i learn?!

now i'm off to listen to a thunderstorm and to read. if i can keep my eyes open, that is.

{how can vampires be so much fun? :)}

i probably never would have bought these books. i got them from a friend of mine who happens to be a 60-70-year-old (i'm terrible at guessing someone's age) lady who's totally into vampires, teenage books and all sorts of movies. :) i would have never guessed that of her. what a fun friend.

anyways, she gave me these books and now i'm hooked. i'm reading the last one at the moment and i'm bummed there's no more of them.

these are the kind of books you don't want to put down as you want to find out what happens next.

not as great as twilight (nothing is! :)) but definately fun to read.

this same author wrote the vampire diaries which are now a tv series. i think these books are better than the vampire diaries ones. yes, i admit it, i read those too. the same friend lent them to me earlier. :)
i bet these will become a tv-series as well.

ps. these books are not creepy.
