[a good read]

I quite enjoyed this book about a mother and a daughter learning to live in a new country. A very touching story.
I’ll give it three and a half stars out of five.

[dinosaurs, paper made out of elephant poo, friendly squirrels, mountains, waterfalls, mudslide, hoodoos...]

What do all those things have in common?
Summer vacation, of course.

I’ll be back who knows when but I promise I'll be back with million and one photos. J

Amazing floral paper cut wall hanging (wow!), glittered LOVE garland, a gorgeous necklace, wire hot air balloon (would make a cute decoration for kid's room) and all kinds of beautiful things.

 All available here.

[naora itellesi ennen ku muut kerkeepi]

ELÄMÄNOHJEITA KAENUULAESITTAIN

Liian paljo hyvvää on ihanata.
Anna kaekkesi, van elä periksi.
Kompastelu voepi esttää koatumisen.
Joka ihteesä luottaa, se kykysä tuplovaa.
Elämän tarkotus on murhheen karkotus.
Naora itellesi ennen ku muut kerkeepi.
Ikkää tullee, van vanahaksi ei tarvihe tulla.
Huomine on ussein viikon kiirreisin päevä.

Ihana!

ps. Olisipa ihana lukea joku kirja kokonaan kainuun murteella. Tietääkö kukaan onko moista olemassa?

[summer fun for kids]

Forest fire smoke outside (doesn't go well with my asthma) so this is what we've been doing.

Have your kids heard of Moshi? Japanese cuteness at it's best. Sienna loves her new book and has been drawing her own Moshi.

[gotta love SYTYCD]

What would summer be without So You Think You Can Dance! I already have few favorite dancers.

This paso doble was fantastic! I tend to only dance like this on Wednesdays or when there's a full moon. (I wish. I have two left feet. Not fair!)
