Yesterday we grilled hamburgers for the first time this summer. I know - what's wrong with us? :)
I have THE BEST hamburger recipe. It's actually a meatball recipe but we use it for hamburgers too. So yummy.
MEATBALLS/HAMBURGERS
1 to 2 lbs ground beef (450g - 900g)
1/2 finely chopped onion
1/2 finely chopped onion
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (125ml)
(we use oats due to Sienna's wheat allergy and it tastes great)
3 TBSP Worcestershire sauce (45ml)
1/2 TBSP sage (8ml, salvia)
salt and pepper
2 eggs
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Shape into small meatballs. Bake at 350F/175C for 25 - 30 minutes. I always use parchment paper (leivinpaprua) on the baking sheet.
Or shape into hamburger patties and grill on a barbeque. We add Bulls-Eye barbeque sauce (bold original) on ours.
