{brain exercise}

***
I fell in love with these cute bunnies I found via print & pattern.
***
Are you up for some brain exercise?
Einstein wrote this puzzle and claimed that 98% wouldn't be able to figure it out. Can you?
Man, I'm so smart. I did it! :)
***
There are 5 different colored houses on a street.
One person lives in each house.
Each person comes from a different country.
Each person has a different favorite drink.
Each person smokes a different brand of cigarettes.
Each person has a different pet.
***
QUESTION: Who's pet is a fish?
***
Hints:

Danish person drinks tea.
The green house is left from the white house.
The person living in the green house drinks coffee.
The person who smokes Pall Mall has birds.
The person who lives in the yellow house smokes Dunhill.
The person who lives in the middle house drinks milk.

  1. Laitanpas tanne ekaa kertaa kommenttia....

Asustelen itsekin ulkomailla, teidan etelanaapurissa jo kolmatta vuotta. Kotimaahan on kuitenkin jo kova ikava kun saimme esikoisemme (kaksoistytto ja -poika) viime marraskuussa. Perhetta ja erityisesti lasten mummoja kaivataan kovasti. Kylla taalla ulkomailla kaukana perheesta elaessa tajuaa mika on tarkeinta elamassa. Perhe ja laheiset ystavat, kaikki rakkaat ihmiset. Onko teilla mitaan suunnitelmia elaa ja asua joskus Suomessa?

Iloista paasiaista halauksen kera lahettaa Mervi

p.s. Pitaisikohan nyt samantien kayda ilmoittautumassa myos siskosi blogissa....:) Teidan molempien juttuja on ihana lueskella. Ja mista lie loydattekin aina ihanimmat kuvat...

  2. mervi: Ai kun kiva etta jatit kommentin. Saksalainen on oikea vastaus. Minustakin naita on kiva ratkoa. Missa osavaltiossa asut? Oletko tykannyt?

  3. HI this is Tim Doyle (my wife's blog)...I just thought I'd say that I tried out this Einstein problem...I don't think 98% of people can't answer it...The German, who lives in the green house, drinks coffee, and smokes Prince, is the one with pet fish. These problems are like those on the LSAT logic section. FUN!

    Take care,
    Tim.

  4. Tim: That's what I thought too. It wasn't that hard. Maybe the problem is that many people think it's hard and won't try. :)
